PRINTEMPS RECOGNIZED FOR ITS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXCELLENCE

Printemps receives the "Strongest Progress" award in KPMG France's Customer Experience Excellence 2023 barometer, which recognizes the excellence of Printemps' customer experience practices.

This remarkable performance is a fine illustration of the success of Printemps' transformation plan, initiated in 2021, aimed in particular at reinventing and personalizing the department store customer experience. Among the new initiatives put in place to meet the expectations of customers in search of novel, personalized experiences are the development of new omnichannel services such as personal shopping, the loyalty program and the creation of bespoke experiences.

The award directly echoes the excellent Google reviews of Printemps Haussmann, with a score of 4.6/5: the highest rating among European and American department stores.
